I am the Head Coach and Founder of Sam Smith Fitness. My aim is to help as many ladies create the best version of themselves whilst finding a sustainable approach to managing their weight. I want to put a stop to fad diets, yo – yo dieting and restrictive eating and instead, help as many of you understand how straight forward weight loss can be.
